Common TPM Cloud tasks

Log in

  1. Open app.tpm-app.com.
  2. Enter your registered practice email address.
  3. Use the sign-in code or link sent to your email.
  4. Admin and Super User accounts may also need an authenticator code.

Set up MFA

  1. Use an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or 1Password.
  2. Scan the TPM QR code when prompted.
  3. Enter the current six-digit code to finish setup.
  4. Contact the practice owner or TPM support if your phone is lost.

Prescriptions and PMS archive

  1. Create, clone, print, and archive prescriptions from the TPM app.
  2. Use exports for local records where your practice workflow requires them.
  3. Use the PMS archive screen to review completed PMS records.

Inventory

  1. Herbs use a simple status model: OK, LOW, or OUT.
  2. Nutrition items use quantity-on-hand tracking.
  3. Check stock status before dispensing and update records promptly.

Admin basics

  1. Only invite users who should access your practice data.
  2. Remove staff access when a user leaves the practice.
  3. Use MFA recovery only after identity checks are completed.

Choose the user level your practice needs, then pay by your preferred method. Please include your practice name as the payment reference wherever possible.

Security

Is practice data protected?

TPM Cloud uses secure cloud sign-in, practice-based access controls, encrypted connections, administrator MFA, audit logging, encrypted backups, and tested restore procedures.

Data access: users only access authorised practice data.

Admin protection: higher-risk accounts use MFA.

Backups: encrypted backups are stored in multiple locations.

User role: protect your email account and report unexpected login emails.
